Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing ABA therapy programs that help individuals with autism and other developmental disorders achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing ongoing training and support to families and staff. Your expertise in behavioral principles and data-driven decision-making will be essential in creating effective and compassionate interventions that lead to meaningful improvements in the lives of those you serve.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized therapy plans to teach and reinforce vital skills. Your role involves conducting one-on-one sessions, collecting data on client progress, and adjusting techniques based on ongoing observations and feedback. Your dedication and hands-on support will be crucial in helping individuals with autism and other developmental disorders develop communication, social, and adaptive skills, making a significant impact on their daily lives and overall well-being.
